Find the leak that's costing you customers

A marketing funnel maps the journey from first touch to paying customer, and at every stage some people drop off. The value of looking at the funnel as a whole — rather than one metric at a time — is that it reveals where you lose the most people relative to what's normal, and therefore where a fix will produce the biggest gain. A funnel is only as strong as its weakest stage.

This calculator takes the count at each stage of your funnel — for example visitors, leads, qualified opportunities and customers — and computes the conversion rate and drop-off between each pair, plus the overall conversion from top to bottom. Seeing 5,000 visitors become 500 leads become 100 opportunities become 20 customers makes the leaks obvious: the stage with the steepest fall is usually where attention and budget pay back fastest.

The insight often isn't where teams expect. Businesses pour money into the top of the funnel to drive more traffic when the real loss is a mid-funnel stage where a 2% improvement would outperform doubling ad spend. Mapping the funnel reframes the growth question from 'how do we get more in?' to 'where are we leaking, and what is each leak worth to fix?'

TriMediaX analyses funnels end to end and engineers the highest-leverage fixes — often lifting results without spending a dirham more on traffic. Map yours here, then let us plug the leaks.

Frequently asked questions

What is a marketing funnel?+

It's the staged journey from awareness to purchase — for example visitor, lead, opportunity, customer — where a portion of people drop off at each step.

How do I find where my funnel leaks?+

Compare the conversion rate between each stage. The stage with the steepest drop-off relative to normal is usually where a fix delivers the biggest gain.

Why analyse the whole funnel instead of one metric?+

Because the biggest opportunity is often a mid-funnel stage, not the top. Fixing the weakest step can beat spending more to drive extra traffic.

What stages should I include?+

Whatever reflects your business — commonly visitors, leads, qualified opportunities and customers. The tool works with the counts you enter at each stage.

Can TriMediaX optimise our funnel?+

Yes. We analyse each stage, quantify the value of every leak, and engineer the highest-leverage fixes — often without increasing ad spend.

Marketing, engineered.
